Standard Terms and Agreements for Prom Photography Sessions

Session Deposit & Balance Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. This deposit is applied toward your total session balance. By checking this box, you are agreeing that you are responsible for the remaining balance of your [Your Package Price, e.g., $175] session fee and will pay this full amount prior to photos being taken.

Contract Requirement: Professional photography services require a signed contract detailing the specific scope of work, image rights, delivery timelines, and cancellation/rescheduling policies. By checking this box, you acknowledge that a copy of this official contract will be provided for you to sign electronically. Photos will not be taken until all required contracts have been fully executed.
